1. Acceptance
By registering or paying for a subscription on Only-Magic, you accept these terms in full. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
Only-Magic provides subscription-based access to esoteric services including fortune readings, destiny predictions, and energetic cleansing. These services are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
3. Subscription and payment
Access to paid features requires a subscription at $19.90 for 6 (six) calendar months, billed as a one-time payment via cryptocurrency (NOWPayments). After successful payment confirmation, your subscription is immediately activated and linked to your account. The subscription start date and expiry date are displayed in your personal dashboard. The subscription does not auto-renew.
4. Registration requirement
Payment is only possible after account registration (email + password). Registration is required so your subscription can be saved, activated, and displayed in your personal dashboard. Without an account, subscription activation and tracking is not possible.
5. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the service (immediate access upon payment confirmation), refunds are not available after subscription activation. If the subscription fails to activate due to a technical issue on our end, you may request activation or a refund by contacting support@what-to-you.com.
6. Your content
Questions and inputs you provide for fortune readings are used only to generate your results. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to harass or harm others; attempt to abuse or manipulate the AI generation systems; share your account with third parties; or violate applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
Results generated by our AI fortune-telling services are for entertainment purposes only. Only-Magic makes no guarantees about accuracy or outcomes. The service is provided as-is without warranties.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
